The best way for easy peel hard boil eggs is to steam them. Doesn’t have to be fresh or a few days old eggs. Start steaming the eggs from a cold steamer for 15 minutes + Once done, no ice is necessary. Usually i would keep them in the fridge over night to peel the following day. Or just run them in water to cool them down.
